Imagine 2010


  Harrington College of Design Student Government Presents: Imagine’10

Time: 5:00pm-6:00pm VIP reception

           6:00pm-9:00pm Open Reception

Location: The Center on Halsted (3656 North Halsted Street)

Invitees: Alumni, current students, faculty, staff, design community, current employers, and DIFFA relationships

Imagine is a Harrington College of Design Student Government founded art auction where the proceeds go to a worthwhile design related organization. 2010 will be Harrington's sixth Imagine Art Auction.

Imagine is a well received community outreach project that gives Students, Staff and Faculty a chance to socially interact with Chicago’s design community. The event benefits a good cause, gives increased Harrington community and adds social responsibility. Proceeds go directly to DIFFA.

Join us for a day of delicious design, glorious games and fabulous friends at Harrington College of Design’s 1st Annual Hullabaloo!

Meet active industry professionals while you tour the Harrington All Student Show, Senior Show, Graduate Show, Space Thresholds Show and Interior Design Faculty Show.

Enjoy pizza with the President, beverages, games, prizes and awards, as well as a live disc jockey and bar in the evening.

The process of Interior Design employs creativity and graphic communication skills. Harrington College of Design's Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design Program is designed to develop these skills through problem-solving in two-dimensional and three-dimensional media. The student is challenged to develop critical thinking, conceptualization, and spatial visualization abilities. These skills can form the foundation for both hands-on and digital design and communication tools, which are integrated with an understanding of the interior environment in the design studio.......................................
